THE SINGLE PASS SOLUTION
The INFINI-MIXER™ Continuous Solid-Liquid Mixer allows our customers to hydrate hydrocolloids, starches and gums in a single pass. Simply meter the powders and liquids directly into the mixer. The discharge of the mixer can be pumped directly to your process as a single ingredient stream.
The INFINI-MIXER can be used in conjunctions with any of our mixers to provide the ideal level of shear required to hydrate in a single pass.
SOLUTION #2
THE RECIRCULATED BATCH PROCESS
The Infini-Mix RBM systems can be used to suck all of the powders into the liquid stream at ground level. Both liquid ring and twin screw pumping technologies are used to draw the powders into the liquid stream, regardless of the viscosity of the motive fluid or the discharge pressure. This is why the Infini-Mix RBM is a far superior solution compared to all other powder induction systems on the market today!
The rotor & stator combination can be designed with multiple stages for single pass solution or with a single stage for a recirculated batch process for ALL hydrocolloids, gums and thickeners.
Hydrocolloids, gums, thickeners and even some starches require a high shear mixing solution. The tight tolerances of the Infini-Mix H Series Homogenizer ensures a thorough dispersion and hydration.
